Best Practice Spotlight Organization

We are one of thirteen organizations that are part of the North Western Toronto Ontario Health Team (OHT). We are working with the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario to become a designated Best Practice Spotlight Organization OHT.  We are striving to improve patient outcomes, along with patient and provider experiences.
